Welcome to visiting card link (www.visitingcardlink.com). By creating or using a digital visiting card on this website, you agree to these Terms under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. Our Service

We let you create a digital visiting card with a unique link and QR code to share your contact details, social profiles, business information and website links.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be 18 or older, or use the service with a parent or guardian's consent. You must give true and current information and keep your card link and any edit access private. You are responsible for all activity on your card.

3. Your Content

You own the content you add, but you give us permission to store, display and share it as needed to run your card. You confirm that you have the right to use your photo, logo, links and details. Your card is public to anyone with its link or QR code.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not use the service to:

Post false, misleading, defamatory, obscene or unlawful content
Impersonate another person or business
Infringe any copyright, trademark or privacy right
Spread spam, malware or fraudulent offers
Attempt to hack, copy or disrupt the website

We may edit, suspend or delete any card that breaks these rules, without notice or refund.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

Fees are shown at the time of purchase and are in Indian Rupees or the currency displayed, and may include applicable taxes.

No refund will be given after 24 hours of card activation. A refund request made within 24 hours of activation will be reviewed. Email info@visitingcardlink.com with your card ID.

Fees already paid for optional items such as car stickers are not refundable once the item is produced or shipped, except for damaged or wrong items reported promptly.

6. Referral and Promo Codes

Referral benefits, if offered, depend on valid sign-ups and completed payments. We may change, pause or cancel the programme, and cancel benefits earned through fraud or misuse.

7. Availability and Changes

We try to keep the service running smoothly, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update features, pricing or these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.

8. Intellectual Property

The website design, logo, software and templates belong to visiting card link. You may not copy or resell them without written permission.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the accuracy of content added by users, for third-party websites linked on cards, or for any indirect loss, loss of business or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service or ask us to delete your card at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or the law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith discussion, and then only the courts at your registered business city shall have jurisdiction.
